This Farm covers 140 hectares and is dedicated to the production of the finest quality wines, olive oil, and “pecorino” (sheep’s milk cheese). The six members of the family that own this splendid farm are all personally involved in the production of the products made here. Motivated by passion, together they have modernized and updated each aspect of the old farm to its current splendor and work to maintain their dedication to the highest level of quality in all they produce. After the visit of the cellars and cheese factory you will enjoy a wine and cheese tasting (3 wines + 4 cheeses, Tuscan bread, jam and honey). The tour will then continue with a visit to the Sonnino Castle, dating back to the 16th Century. This impressive castle is still inhabited by its owners, the Barons Alessandro and Caterina De Renzis. They will welcome you and will take pride in showing you around their property. You will be astounded by the many precious art and curious objects showcased for you by the Barons, including the original copy of the Treaty of Versailles.
